My Way to Compostella

This is not a series about the Camino de Santiago itself, but about the spirit it invokes: movement through landscape, the body in open country, the solitude and companionship of the long walk. Shot in the mountains and paths of the way to Compostella, the photographs follow a journey on foot, finding in the trail what street photography finds in the city: unexpected beauty, mystical presence, and the decisive pull of the shutter.
